Marina Bay Sands is an integrated business, resort, and casino complex located along Marina Bay in Singapore. The project consists of three 55-story towers, invested and developed by Las Vegas Sands, with a total investment of 5.7 billion USD. Marina Bay Sands includes a 55-story hotel with 2,590 rooms, 1 exhibition and convention center covering 120,000 m², a shopping mall with about 300 stores, and a modern world-class casino of 15,000 m². The rooftop features an infinity pool overlooking the entire city. This makes the complex one of the most expensive standalone casino properties ever built. The complex also includes the ArtScience Museum. Marina Bay Sands sits on a 15.5-hectare site with a total floor area of 581,000 m². Its iconic design has become a symbol of Singapore and has remained a major tourist attraction since its official opening on April 27, 2010.
